RNA Antisense Purification followed by DNA-Sequencing is a method to map the genomic DNA target sites of a given lncRNA. We designed RAP to enable specific purification of chromatin associated with a target lncRNA, achieve high resolution mapping of the associated DNA target sites upon sequencing of the captured DNA, and robustly capture any lncRNA with minimal optimization.

RNA Antisense Purification followed by RNA-Sequencing is a method to map the RNA interactions that occur with a specific lncRNA (or other RNA species). Using different crosslinking methods, this approach can be used to identify lncRNA-RNA interactions that occur through protein intermediates or through direct RNA-RNA hybridization.
